1. Sponsor and agreement

The promotion is sponsored by DeadVibes, reachable at contact.deadvibes@gmail.com. By entering, you agree to these official rules. No purchase or payment is necessary.

2. Eligibility

Open worldwide to people aged 18 or older, where permitted by law. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate where they live. The operator of DeadVibes, its contractors, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. How to enter

1. During an open weekly period, submit an accepted story idea or create an accepted mix and provide a valid email in the optional draw field. Publication is not required.
2. Free alternative: email contact.deadvibes@gmail.com with the subject “Weekly Draw Entry” and include your country of residence. It must arrive during the weekly period.

Limit one entry per person, email address, and browser per weekly period, regardless of entry method. Upvotes and shares do not create entries and do not improve the odds.

4. Prize

One winner per completed weekly period may choose reimbursement for one month of ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro, up to US$25. The winner purchases the subscription on their own eligible account and supplies reasonable proof of purchase. No account credentials are requested. The prize is not transferable, has no cash alternative except at the sponsor’s discretion, and the winner is responsible for taxes and any cost above US$25. DeadVibes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic.

5. Selection and notification

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Within seven days after a period closes, one entry is selected using a cryptographically secure random draw. The winner is contacted at the entered email and has seven days to respond and verify age and residence. Where required, including for a Canadian winner, a correctly answered time-limited mathematical skill-testing question is required before the prize is awarded. If the winner does not respond or qualify, the prize may remain unawarded.

6. Privacy and records

Email addresses are used only to deduplicate entries and contact a winner. They are encrypted, never published with a story, never added to editorial prompts, and never sold. Entry/contact records are deleted after 90 days; non-identifying draw audit records may be retained. See a privacy or correction concern? contact.

7. Administration

DeadVibes may disqualify automated, fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate entries. It may suspend or cancel a future period if technical failure or law prevents fair operation, but will not silently change the prize or selection method for an already-open period. Decisions are final where permitted by law.
